Capabilities.

What we bring to every venture we develop.

Each venture GivLyfe develops draws on the same operational toolkit. The five capabilities below describe what we bring to every project we own and operate. We are not advisors for hire. We are operators whose capital, time, and credibility are committed to the ventures we build.

Capability 01

Agricultural & biological science.

The biological foundation under every venture.

Every commercial venture GivLyfe develops in agriculture, regulated cannabis, or regenerative systems starts from a working understanding of the soil and the biological systems above it. Three decades of field experience in cultivation, soil biology, microbial ecology, and tropical agricultural systems give the platform an operational lens most commercial operators lack.

This is not laboratory science. It is field science. The work has been done on real crops in real climates under real commercial pressure. When the platform evaluates a venture, the biological reality is the first filter. Markets exist on top of biology. Not the other way around.

Capability 02

Regulatory navigation.

Built and proven through INVIMA.

Regulated markets reward operators who understand the rules before they enter. GivLyfe has navigated Colombian consumer regulation directly through INVIMA, including the registration and commercialization of cannabis-based consumer products. The platform's first commercial venture, Gomitas Co, operates under INVIMA Resolución 2025044908 and NSA 1459/2025.

That direct regulatory experience extends to cross-border compliance, including apostilled documentation, FDA-aligned manufacturing standards, and the legal architecture required to import regulated consumer products into Colombia from US facilities. The capability transfers across regulated sectors. The discipline does not change.

Capability 03

Cross-border deal structuring.

US legal infrastructure aligned with Colombian operations.

GivLyfe operates across multiple jurisdictions by design. The platform's commercial structure integrates Colombian corporate, regulatory, and tax frameworks with US legal counsel, intellectual property protection, and capital strategy. This dual-jurisdiction architecture is built into the platform, not bolted on.

The work covers the full structure: bilingual contracting, NCNDA and licensing frameworks, equity and royalty structures, IP ownership and protection across borders, and the negotiation discipline required when a deal must work in two legal systems simultaneously. Capital that crosses borders is structurally different from capital that stays inside one. The platform builds for the harder case from the start.

Capability 04

Government & institutional relationships.

Direct engagement with national counterparts.

Serious ventures in agriculture, regulated consumer products, and infrastructure require working relationships with the institutions that govern them. GivLyfe maintains active engagement with national-level counterparts in Colombia on agricultural, regulatory, and commercial matters. The platform's positioning across Latin America and Africa is supported by direct conversations with government and institutional actors on specific opportunities.

The relationships are real and the access is current. Specifics remain private out of professional discipline and out of respect for the people on the other side of the table. Partners who require institutional access on a specific venture are invited to discuss it directly.

Capability 05

Project development & evaluation.

From biological assessment to commercial structure.

Before GivLyfe develops a venture, the platform evaluates the underlying opportunity at multiple levels: the biology of the system, the regulatory environment that will govern it, the supply chain and infrastructure required to operate it, and the commercial structure that will determine whether it returns capital.

The same evaluation discipline applies to opportunities the platform considers in partnership with external project sponsors. Land, agricultural projects, biological infrastructure, and regulated commercial concepts each carry specific failure modes. The platform's job is to identify them early and structure around them.
